Click a property to open its checklist. Edit checklist template

These changes only affect this property. Hiding a standard task here doesn't remove it from the template — it stays on every other listing and can be restored any time. Tasks added here belong to this property alone.

Changes here apply to every listing: add, edit, remove, or reorder tasks in any phase. The "Off Market" tick (Marketing only) controls which Marketing tasks still show once a listing is Off Market. To customise one property's checklist without changing the template, open that property and use "Customize this checklist".
